- Phone number: To connect to our application, we only ask for your phone number. This number is used to send a confirmation SMS and verify that it is the owner of this phone number who is logging in. It is impossible for us to determine who the owner is.
- Connection information: In accordance with the law, we store your telephone number and the duration of your connections, whether as a #doter or as a #dotee, for a period of 3 months. As the numbers are certified, we can, if requested by the authorities, provide evidence showing whether a connection was made at the initiative of the #doter or of the #dotee.
- GB wallet: We also keep track of the amounts of GBs and Euros contained in your wallet. This wallet is associated with your telephone number, which ensures that only the number that created the wallet can use its contents, whether buying or selling.
- Secure server: All data collected is stored on a secure server belonging to a recognized cloud rental company, located in France.
- Secure Connections: All connections to our application are secured and encrypted to protect your information during transmission.
- Restricted access: Only a limited and authorized number of our team members have access to the systems required to manage the application.
- Legal Compliance: We comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations. We will only disclose your information if required to do so by law, and when requested by the authorities.
- No Data Sharing: Apart from legal requirements, we never share, sell, rent or trade your data with third parties. In particular, your telephone number is not shared with any third-party company, either free of charge or for a fee.
- Total Control: You have total control over your information. You can decide at any time to stop using our application without your data being retained beyond the legal 3-month period.
